This time focusing on the new guildies, a bit about the shattering, and more news on working as a team.

Tomorrow, Deathwing will destroy the Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor that we’ve come to know, as this expansion draws to a close. Tomorrow begins a new chapter for ZeGuild as we prepare for the Cataclysm, and new challenges ahead.

Over the past fifteen months, ZeGuild has grown into tight-knit family that has conquered a great deal of content in Wrath of the Lich King, amazing 10-man progression through ICC heroic and achievements, getting 11/12 of the ICC bosses on farm in 25-man, and culminating with our forging of the legendary axe Shadowmourne. We’ve now put the lid on ICC as we relax over the next couple of weeks and begin gearing up for the new expansion, which will bring all new content to experience as a guild.

On December 7th, Cataclysm will also bring with it guild levels, achievements and awards, which means we have new things to work towards. ZeGuild will be making an attempt at the Realm First! Working As A Team achievement, and all guild members are welcome to participate. Please post in the forums to let us know if you’d like to help out.

Additionally, I’d like to ask that, as we go into the new expansion and running random dungeons once again becomes a daily occurrence, that everybody keep in mind that guild experience is only awarded for guild groups (ie, groups that contain three or more guildies). So before you queue up for that random, please check around in-guild to see if anyone would like to tag along. We have a bunch of tanks and healers that can speed up your queues!

We will also be cleaning out the guild bank over the next couple of weeks, to make room for all of the new Cataclysm materials, so if you’re looking for something out of the bank, make sure you grab it soon! On the flip side, please refrain from dropping trash in the bank. At this point we only need the highest tier of crafting materials, and the rest will be sold.

It’s an exciting time for WoW, and I’m incredibly excited and incredibly proud to be experiencing it with such an awesome group of people. I look forward all of our new adventures in Cataclysm!
