It took me forever to post about it (sorry!) but ZeGuild sucessfully cleared Naxxramas 10 twice last week.

Tim took a group in on Saturday the 19th and finished the instance on the 21st. I took a group on the 25th and we were able to clear the entire thing in one sitting.
